Sales Consultant

Body Shop Technician And Or Painter
- You must have past experience in body repair or paint repair
- You must strive for exceptional work on every repair
- Work in a state of the art facility with two paint booths
General Office Support (Receptionist)
- Assist with daily office operations and reporting.
- Organize files, documents, and internal records.
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
- Full time and part time available.
Warranty Administrator
- Reviewing and validating warranty claims to ensure they meet manufacturer and dealership standards.
- Maintaining organized records of warranty transactions and correspondence for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Working with the manufacturer to resolve warranty claims get paid promptly and effectively.
Automotive Service Technician
- Must hold valid driver’s license.
- Past mechanical experience is a must.
- Diagnose and repair vehicles in a timely manner.
- Deliver excellent customer service and quality workmanship.
Body Shop Estimator
- Inspecting vehicles to identify visible and hidden damages following a collision or accident.
- Calculating labor, parts, and materials costs to provide precise repair estimates.
- Collaborating with insurance adjusters, technicians, and customers to ensure clear information exchange throughout the repair process.
- Maintaining detailed records of estimates, repair orders, and insurance claims while ensuring all estimates meet industry and shop standards
Accounts Payable
- Handling vendor payments, customer receivables, and reconciling accounts.
- Keeping track of all financial transactions.
- Making payments to vendors and suppliers on time to maintain good vendor relationships.
Rental Fleet Assistant
- Help oversee daily rental vehicle operations.
- Make sure the vehicles are cleaned and prepared for customers.
- Assist with vehicle check-in and return process.
- Maintain inventory and ensure readiness of fleet.
Lube Technician
- Minimal experience required for the right candidate.
- This is a good entry position into automtive repair.
- This can be a career position or a path to a full GM certified technician
Lot Attendant
- A hard work ethic and taking pride in your work is what we look for.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of vehicle inventory.
- Transport vehicles safely around the lot.
- Some one who is willing to help anyone and likes to stay busy.
Lead Coordinator (BDC Representative)
- Contact potential customers via phone, email, and text.
- Set and confirm appointments for sales team.
- Update and manage customer information in CRM.
- Collaborate with managers to improve lead conversion.
Title Clerk
- Handle title processing.
- Process payoffs and track financial transactions.
- Support accounting team with reporting duties.
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records.
