The most important thing in my life is time. They had about 4 services to complete and quoted me 2 hours. Exactly 2 hours later I was getting the keys back. Additionally, Bob Johnson and his team was extremely friendly and kept me updated throughout.

I was very disappointed in the condition of the tires after installing them. I had to wash all 4 tires when I got home. White stuff around the rim and tire. Plus, white blob on the tires. Tires looked dirt. I spent a lot of money for that. I take a lot of pride in my vehicle the way it looks. Also wanted me to buy extra parts for the rear end. I rotate my tires every time I get an oil change. Yes, after 6 years it my first time being disspointed.

Eric is the best service writer ever! I have the craziest work and traveling schedule ever and don’t always know when I’m gonna be off. I always call him and he gets me in for an oil change or service every time. I try to give him a $20 bill and tell him to treat himself to lunch or something and he won’t take it. So you guys should give him a bonus or something.

I went there to solve a noise that the car was making. I went for a ride with the tech who then understood the noise. He linked it to the brakes. Pads and rotors on the front tires were replaced. Another test drive and a different noise was still there. It was diagnosed as a bearing that also needed replaced. The car is much quieter now. The total work time was roughly 3 hours.

We had the deal prearranged via email when I got there. Everything was in order we were in and out.

Had new trailer harness outlet put in bumper- all lights worked except for running lights now! Check trailer running light fuse #41 and the 20A fuse was blown! Why didn't tech check this? Mighty Auto Pro in Medina would never let this slip by. Just letting you know.

Your labor rate for replacing a rear turn signal Bulb is way too high. GM needs to make replacing Bulb Easier or have a more realistic price for completing this task. $116.55 is way too much to replace a rear turn signal bulb in a Lacrosse. Especially for a U.S. Disabled Veteran.

The experience was outstanding. Casey didn’t pressure us or was ever too busy to answer our questions. I believe we were given a fair deal for our trade and so far extremely happy with our equinox. I do have an extreme issue not having the 363 page I owners manual. Many safety issues are not sufficiently explained in the tiny manual. Of the 120+ pages. 50 pages or more is dedicated to seatbelt and placement of car seat. I feel it’s absurd to run to the dealer each time we have a question that I’m sure is explained in the manual NOT with the car. I realize we can print the manual from the internet but I feel it’s my responsibility to do so after spending $30k on a vehicle. Not a good look GM, not good at all.

Starting with the person who picked me up, he was not familiar with the Doylestown area and had no idea how to get back to the dealership. When I went to get my car, the battery was dead. When I asked for a jump, I was treated as if it were my fault. The service tech who worked on my car did jump it, but knew it would be a dead battery. Why couldn't he have put it on a trickle charge before turning it over?

On my trip from KY to OH my service suspension warning came on. I called Laria any they got me in for the next day and provided great service. Everyone was so nice and friendly. This is a huge difference than our Chevy dealerships in Radcliff Kentucky area. (Which happens to be what Laria fixed, another Big M dealership “mistake”) we have been to 5 different Chevy dealerships in the Elizabethtown KY area in search of the service we had at Fairbanks Alaskas Chevy dealership, finally we found the service we have been looking for. I typically get amazing service at this dealership. However, this visit was a bit different. I needed an oil change and my back windshield wiper blade replaced. I didn't find out until after my car was done that while trying to replace the windshield wiper blade the windshield wiper got damaged and would need to be replaced. This would mean I would need to return to the service center at a later date to get it repaired. Maybe I should have asked, but I would have hoped a discount on my services that day or possibly paying for the new windshield wiper blade would have been offered. Thank you.

Our salesman, Dan, was very patient and easy to understand. He retrieved the exact car we wanted! I didn’t feel any pressure. Dan sat with me in my new Buick Encore GX and explained/answered all my questions. He also said I could call or come back any time if I had questions or concerns. It was great to get my vehicle in and fixed.

I was told that the dealer got sent the incorrect parts to fix my truck so I'll have to schedule another appointment once more parts are in.

I had a frustrating experience with Laria Chevrolet Buick and wouldn't recommend them—or GM as a manufacturer—to anyone. My vehicle's 12V battery died after GM delayed warranty approval for a month by preventing my preferred dealer from performing the work. Chuck from Laria called me daily to get authorization for a $680 replacement battery, which I understood given the circumstances. When I finally got back in touch after some personal issues, he was apologetic about the frequent calls, explaining that they prioritize keeping customers updated. However, once he realized I wouldn't pay their inflated price (I bought and installed a replacement myself for $188 in 15 minutes), communication stopped. I didn't hear anything for over a week and had to stop by in person to check on my car. I was initially told a rental vehicle would be provided once the repair was confirmed under warranty. The next call I received, about a week later, was to say my car was ready with no charges, as it was covered by the manufacturer. When I went to pick it up and return the loaner (which my preferred dealer kindly let me keep after GM's delays), a different service advisor directed me to the cashier, who informed me I owed over $200 for diagnostic time. Apparently, their technician spent "a good amount of time" figuring out that an 8-year-old battery needed replacement after sitting idle for a month—that explains the check engine light and reduced propulsion power message both being on when I got in the car. I reminded them I'd been told there were no charges when notified the car was ready, and I hadn't authorized any fees. After being ignored at the counter for about 10 minutes, I left without paying. The vehicle wasn't repaired correctly the first time, communication was nonexistent after the initial push for payment authorization, and GM's bureaucracy only added to the hassle for both my preferred dealer and customers like me. Steer clear.

It as an oil change

Mechanics are great. Service writer needs to listen to customer and write down what they are concerned about. I explained that my blind spot mirrors kept sending a message saying they were unavailable. He told me it was just do to shadows, so he never had the mechanic check them out.

My appointment was for 10:30 and my car was taken in at 10:30. I sat in a comfortable waiting room for my car to be serviced. It was done , washed, and given back to me in a timely manor. I would recommend Laria to everyone.

Car only 6 mo old. Already had to get ac fixed and yesterday squeaky brake pedal.
